Annalouise & Adam – Red Feather Inn, Launceston, Tasmania

Annalouise & Adam’s Wedding was supremely gorgeous! A three day love, friends and family celebration in the beautiful surrounds of the Red Feather Inn in Launceston, Tasmania.

For their dream wedding Annalouise & Adam wanted a very intimate three day get away with the people they love, in the place they love the most… and after staying at the Red Feather inn previously they just adored it.

Friday night was the cocktail party with G&T’s (Adam’s drink of choice), Raspberry spritzers and Tasmanian sparkling. (Only Tasmanian grown and produced food and wine was served all weekend). Saturday was afternoon tea with badminton, croquet, boules and giant pick up sticks. Annalouise & Adam wanted a diner party feel for their reception so had no MC and no formalities…  just amazing food and a five course meal with matched wines degustation.  They also had a full day Tamar Valley winery tour on Sunday!

The food, the decorations and the attention to detail was truly divine. Annalouise looked like a movie star in blue sequins at the cocktail party and I’ll leave it to the photos to speak for themselves for the rest. Below are just a few of my favourites from such an amazing weekend….

The Wedding…

This beautiful day was so special, so full of love and tears. I’ve never seen quite as many tears flow as during this ceremony. The day had everything; games, tea and cakes, a gorgeous ceremony, beautiful dresses (three dress changes!), our photo shoot in downtown Launceston AND the most amazing dinner party reception. The food was divine, as were the little pink cakes! Just divine. Everything.

Jewellery: Wedding and Engagement rings were both designed by Adam and made by Euromounts in the Dymocks Building Sydney. Annalouise also wore her grandmother’s diamond and sapphire eternity ring, and a Cartier Love Bangle which was a wedding gift from Adam.
