Point Arkwright Wedding – Andre & Kate

After this gorgeous engagement shoot with Andre & Kate, I knew this day was going to something very special! But wow! Andre and Kate’s Point Arkwright Wedding was even better than I could have imagined. Can I please have this day back all over again?! It was simply one of the best weddings… so fun, so joyful, such a party, and most importantly it was the most special of days when Kate and Andre said I love you forever! I really have the best job in the world, photographing beautiful days like these, with beautiful people like Andre and Kate!

A funny story from the day, if you look closely at the photos… as Kate arrived to meet Andre under the arbor, escorted by her Dad, her veil lifted off in the wind and as Dad went back to his seat and turned around, the veil flew off and landed smack on his head! He was trapped in it and couldn’t get out of it! It was such a funny moment, and a great start to the wedding service.

The ceremony was held at the lovely Point Arwright and afterwards we just wandered down to Yaroomba Beach, a hidden gem of a beach with almost no-one on it apart from a few locals! We head back to Cotton Tree as the sun was setting and took some gorgeous sunset shots before arriving at the Maroochydore Surf Club, where the party was already in full swing! Such an amazing day!
